The leaves used in this tea are of the trees found in the Great Himalayan National Park in Himachal Pradesh, where it is locally known as Rakhal. These leaves have a mild flavor and a soothing aroma which helps relax and relieve stress. Leaves of Himalayan yew have been reported to have antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antiallergic, anticonvulsant, antibacterial, antifungal, antispasmodic properties.
For that perfect blend of infused Himalayan Yew tea, heat 250ml of water till it is hot (not boiling) in a utensil. Add one tablespoon of natural Yew tea, cover the utensil, and leave it to settle for 5 mins. Now strain the tea & enjoy the natural exuberant flavors. Add a dash of honey, if desired. For cold infusion, let the Yew tea cool down. Refrigerate it. Add lemon, honey, and ice. Shake well & enjoy the goodness of Yew Tea.
